Refund policy

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition it was received in. This includes attached swing tag labels attached, unworn, unused and in the original packaging.

To return an order please, ensure it has the appropriate postage and send it to: Future Poet Ltd, Courier Point, Unit 103064, Courier Point, 13 Freeland Park, Poole, BH16 6FH

After we receive your return, it will be inspected and your refund will be processed, if no damage to the product/s is found. We will refund to the original payment method you used for your purchase. Please note that it may take refunds of credit card payments 5 to 10 business days to show up on your credit card statement. 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
